Under The New Situation,the National People’s Congress Petition Letter Work Research

With the deepening of the reform,our country comprehensively deepen reform entered a new phase of development.The reception department in recent years,as people claim one of the important channels of expression interests.Jining city after rapid development,walked out of a green development,featuring an open economy development path.But behind the rapid development,also has some contradictions and problems.Inquiry work is the National People’s Congress standing committee of National People’s Congress of a regular job,is the basic work to realize National People’s Congress supervision,has played a positive role.As the people’s democracy and legal system consciousness,National People’s Congress as the status of the organs of state power is more and more attention.In this paper,on the basis of reference to scholars research on letters and visits of National People’s Congress,in jining city people’s congress,the complaint,for example,by using the theory of modern political system,political participation under the new situation of the municipal people’s congress to discuss the complaint reporting handling office,analyze the letters under the rule of law,letters and reform of National People’s Congress,from the perspective of the system and mechanism of our country’s letters and reform path for a certain future exploration.The complaint reporting made by the municipal people’s congress work next step development made a prospective future.
