A Study On The Policing System During The Period Of Nanjing National Government

Force of the modern state needs two army and police forces to support, and now face the complex changes in the international situation, the few criminals or terrorists, for the maintenance of social order and stability, property, security, and address public hazard, in addition to vigorously development of military force, but also to establish an efficient, high-quality police force.
