Honor And Accountability: The Theory Of The Judicial Responsibility System

To strengthen the judge responsibility is in the center of Chinese judicial reform, which includes the presiding judge responsibility, tracing the misjudged case responsibility and limited judicial immunity. The reformation of responsibility system has a strong theoretical and practical significance. The paper has four major components:the first part explains the connotation and theoretical basis, the second part discuss the negative influence of the misjudged case responsibility, the third part introduces the positive influence of the judge responsibility and discuss the relationship between the theoretical basis of judicial immunity and the misjudged case responsibility, the last part is about the establishment of judge discipline committee and its future.
