Application And Comparison Of Open Space Technology

At present, our country is in the critical period of deepening system reform, innovating the mechanism of social organizations and enhancing the vitality of society not only attach great importance to the party and the government, but also cause the extensive concern of the society from all walks of life. From the perspectives of the party and the country’s macro policy and based on the leading spirits of the 18th Party Congress and 3rd/4th Plenum of the 18th Communist Party of China(CPC), innovate the social management method and constantly activate social organization, which not only contribute to the relationship between government and the society, but also contribute to the community social organizations to participate in the community or local governance, so as to meet the residents’ diverse demand and promote the construction of a harmonious society.Community social organizations as a part of the social organization, is an important carrier to meet the community residents’demand, service the residents, hatch community social organizations, explore and innovate new development path for community social organizations, which is not only necessary for social development, but also starts from the diversified needs of community residents, inspires their participation enthusiasm, to meet the real purpose of social services. The author together with the teacher during the training period of the open space meeting technology and in the process of internship in the hui community, labor street, riverbank district, contact with the use of open space meeting technical method of community social organizations. At the same time, the author was also an intern for the community, and kept close contact with the head of the community social organizations to assist social workers to organize community activities. Through contact and contrast the two different methods of organizing, the author found the difference in the operation process of the community social organizations. The causes and the different results brought by the different methods are further analyzed in order to promote the benign development of the community social organizations and make the community become a real sense of community life.In the process of community organizing, the lack of usage of concrete technology and the application of traditional activities organizing ideas and methods, make the community activities organizing lack of participation and meaning. This paper introduces the open space meeting technology, the modern management technology, and makes a comprehensive analysis of the elements of the technology principles, basic processes and operation methods, and comparing with traditional method of administrative organization activities, thus explores the advantages of the open space technology in organizing activities and reflects on the contribution and value brought by this technique for organizing activities.
