The "Law of Insurance Depository" is our country’s effort to modernize our country’s insurance depository system for all insurance industry, to execute the fundamental rules and regulations. It’s authority to do the similar job for all related financial supervised organization to separate each other’s power and limitation. It’s to be responsible for our nation’s insurance depository systematically operation and to maximize the function choice. Therefore, it is insurance depository’s authority to do a fundamental function and posits the basic issues of the said system. It’s normally a preliminary and initial key points for the structure setting.This paper will be divided into four parts to do the research. This author uses combination of interpretation and induction methodology and further use the logical andcomparative analysis to finish this paper’s work for the mechanism of our country’s insurance depository system in order to analyze legal issues of the paper.The first part of this study is to focus on our country’s insurance depository system’s whole operation and according to this "Law of Insurance Depository" to study it’s goal and mechanism and thereafter this Law’s regulation of the system’s function and authority generally.The second part of this paper is to analyze the said system and to do a further work study to understand the insurance depository structure itself and to introduce the related regulation. Thereafter, one may understand the insurance structure and supervise the insurance fund and its insurance rate’s setting.The third part of the study is to focus on the related insurance depository issues with regard to international, overseas and regional arenas. It’s really necessary to understand these related national and international wide range to help our country’s to engage in a better insurance depository system.Finally, the fourth part is to establish a better insurance depository system to do a research on the whole picture of insurance depository for the future study or revise the system’s function and structure of the system for the country.
