The Training Situation Of Judges In The Court Of Yanji City And The Improving Strategies

The jurisprudence of China,even the jurisprudence of all the world have explored on our needs of judges and how to cultivate these issues. This paper from the judge training situation and improving measures of Yanji City,and comparing to the judges training system of Japan and South Korea point of view analyzes the city’s lack points of training current situation, then explores from selecting and cultivate the judges of Japan and South Korea, even a series of problems after the entry training to seek help.Training of judges needs to go through a very long time, from learning law in school, test selection, the accumulation of practical experience, as well as service education and the assessment are all called cultured way.The judge is a special group, not only has strong occupational, but also needs a strong elite, so to focus on the appointment and vocational education as well as in-service education should be different with the appointments of civil servants, pay more attention to independent selection mode of judge system.Compare with administrative capacity, we should pay more attention on the legal professionalism and moral qualities.Jilin Province is the pilot provinces judicial reform, Yanji City Court has also under pilot judicial reform. It is analyzed the judge training situation of Yanji City Court, and considered from a legal study, test selection, the practical operation of in-service education and assessment. From a legal point of view reforming the postgraduate training mode in China, establishing a master’s degree Master of laws.Master of the transition from academic to master academic and professional coexist,and master’s degree enrollment trend is also evident.On par with the United States and Japan, to training more practical ability of postgraduates.Currently, the test of judges elected always combines with judicial examination and civil service examination.But from the beginning of 2017 to reform the judicial examinations.In-service education of judges is advancing Judges system,examinations are conducted annually and adjust the trial team of judges.In this paper, though analyzing based on the training situation of Yanji City Court, and compare the training way of China with the two neighboring countries of Japan and Korea, so as to learn from their, analyzing the problems of the sophistucated methods in Yanji City, even China.Finally, improve the training methods in Yanji city and China.Situation departure from Yanji City, to learn the successes from Japan and South Korea in the reform, for example training in the training Institute, systematic training, a long training time and so on, inquiry training model reform approach, and ultimately to develop a professional judge.
