On Judicial Justice - Guided Education Of Judges

With the process of full implementation of the "ruled by law" strategy, the issues of innate quality of the judge and judicial justice have more and more been highlighted by the people from all walks of life in the society. Hence, the education & training of the judge, which aims at developing specialized and compound high-quality judges and realizing the judicial justice, has been located in the strategic position of prior development. Moreover, justice, the century theme of the people's court works, is the correct and lasting guiding ideology of the education & training of the judge.The thesis starts from the clarification of the relationships among innate quality of the judge, judicial justice and the education & training of the judge, and further makes commentary analyses on basic situation of the judge's education & training in China. Directed against the many problems existing in the education & training of the judge, the thesis makes such a conclusion as being guided by the judicial justice, strengthening modifications of educational institution establishment, educational contents & methodologies, and teachers, etc. and establishing a series of scientific systems of the education & training of the judge in China.
