Constructing Community Of Human Destiny:Key Issues At Stake

Human destiny community is a new diplomatic course and also represents a set of new worldview. This is the new central collective leadership, in the face of changing development of the international world, who makes a new evaluation and reflection. It has profound realistic significance of reality and long history.Our country has experienced the complex evolution of the diplomacy. Since the new China was founded, our country has experienced the one-sided diplomacy with strong socialist consciousness to the multilateral diplomacy, and then to the big country diplomatic after entering the world stage. China’s diplomacy has always been in frequent adjustments according to the actual situation of domestic and international situation. In general, these adjustments which are confirmed by the proven practice are necessary and feasible. Today, China is now already the second largest position in GDP in the world, at the same time in the military, political, and cultural aspects it has got improved and contact with the world more and more closely, China needs the world. On the other hand, as the international community is faced with the ordeal of traditional security and non-traditional security and regional conflicts, environmental degradation, resource exhaustion become the world’s problems. The solution of these problems also need China’s participation. In general, as General Secretary, Comrade Xi, described that "the international community has increasingly become a sometimes-complex mix-and-match I have your fate in the community", the interactions between China and international society is more and more cohesive, more and more inseparable.Since "human destiny community" has become the diplomatic strategy of the new generation of central collective leadership.
