The Realistic Foundation And Practical Path Of Constructing The Community Of Human Destiny

Persisting in promoting the construction of the community of human destiny is an important content of socialist diplomatic thought with Chinese characteristics in the new era,as well as a major innovation in the diplomatic theory of the great powers with contemporary Chinese characteristics.Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC,the community of human destiny has become a new concept repeatedly emphasized by the Chinese government concerning the development of human society.It profoundly answers the important issue of what kind of world China advocates and how to build it in the new era.In academia,there are more and more studies and discussions on the community of human destiny,with different perspectives and emphases.From the perspective of Constructivism in intermational relations,this paper attempts to explore the community of human destiny in the context of international politics from a disciplinary perspective,focusing on the realistie basis and practical path of building the community of human destiny.Find the academic support of international politics for the Chinese scheme of the community of human destiny.On the basis of normative research,this paper mainly uses historical analysis and comparative analysis.On the basis of existing research and combining with the historical background of the development of international political theory,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the changes of the theme of the times behind the development of different theories,focusing on the development logic of constructivism theory as a breakthrough point,and finds out the social structure and importance of paying attention to the intermational system in Constructivism theoiy.Considering the theoretical characteristics of the common concepts and practical interaction of state actors and the current China's proposal to build a community of human destiny and advocate a new international order of win-win cooperation.From this point of view,combining theory with practice,this paper puts forward the realistic foundation and practical path of constructing human destiny community from the perspective of constructivism.This paper holds that,with the deepening of globalization and the urgent need for change in the global governance system,the concept of common interests,common development and shared responsibility advocated by the community of human destiny has profound epochal significance and realistic basis.Therefore,to construct the community of human destiny,we need to take the consensus of building national collective identity as the starting point,and take corresponding measures to overcome the current obstacles to the formation of collective identity.According to the four main variables of collective identity formation in Winter's constructivism theory,this paper proposes to construct collective identity consensus from four aspects to promote the construction of human destiny community,They are as follows:firstly,eonstruct the network of human destiny community by deepening the benign and equal interdependence relationship;secondly,consolidate the strength of human destiny community by awakening and advocating the common destiny consciousness;thirdly,expand the mutual recognition of different cultoes by enhancing the tolerance of different cultures and respecting the diversity of cultures,so as to dissolve and construct human beings.Finally,through self-restraint,national actors are guided to actively maintain peace,justice,justice and harmonious world order in the international community,and to consolidate the cornerstone of building a community of human destiny on the level of deep self-examination and self-control.
