Under the rapid changing background of the society, the intangible cultural heritage is in a weak position. The protection of the civil system can’t meet the needs of the intangible cultural heritage entirely> effectively and adequately. But the protection of administrative law can effectively make up the deficiency of the protection of the civil field, which can provide timely, effective and comprehensive protection for the intangible cultural heritage."The people’s Republic of China Intangible Cultural Heritage Law" has been officially entered into force, marking the intangible cultural heritage administrative law protection coming to the new era, developing the new task of administrative law circle in China since June 1,2011. The Standing Committee of the Twelfth National People’s Congress passed "The Regulations of Hebei province on Intangible Cultural Heritage" in 2014. From 2014, the protection of intangible cultural heritage which can abide by the law comes to the new beginning.This paper firstly introduces the characteristics of Hebei intangible cultural heritage and elaborates "The Regulations of Hebei province on Intangible Cultural Heritage" meets the standard of intangible cultural heritage of Hebei, implements targeted protection and the importance function, points out the problems and countermeasures in the implementation process. After the introduction, it explains the value of "The Regulations of Hebei province on Intangible Cultural Heritage" implementation.
