Follow the concept of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation", our country supported and encouraged small and micro businesses to set up their own companies by financing through their own proprietary technology and innovation. Then make the businesses well established from zero. To promote employment by stating businesses, then gather each creative idea from the public to help releasing the huge power of development. The high-tech small and micro enterprises widely bring its potential to the domestic market. Both domestic and foreign investors tried to figure out how the capital effectively be transformed by intellectual property and put into operation. For the difference between venture capital and ordinary capital in funds inflow> risk appraisal and money collecting, the sparingly protection of current legal system could not come up with the requirement of intellectual property investment and provide better theoretical guidance and institutional guarantee under venture capital.To improve the conversion rate of capital, this article is based on the new problem and current contradiction of intellectual property investment under venture capital, to explore the new standard and regulations of regularizing the intellectual property investors and the investment of intellectual property, the proper way of intellectual property investment and the process of intellectual property investment. Under venture capital, more sufficient law security could be provided to intellectual property investment is to relax the range of intellectual property investment and its investors, explore new ways of intellectual property investment such as intellectual property pledge and intellectual property securitization, establish the system of investor’s obligation insurance and replacement capital. |
