| The Company Law of the People’s Republic of China revised in 2014 doesn’t make any change to the inspection right system of shareholders, and there has been some controversy in the inspection right system of shareholders in the judicial practice. This article refers to Chongqing Huishan Property Development Co., Ltd. and Wang Jianguo shareholder inspection right dispute case, and discusses the scope of accounting books,delimitation of the proper purpose, distribution of evidential burden and exercise style of shareholders entrusting inspection, on the basis of law legislation value established in the Corporation Law, that is, fully protecting the legal rights and the principle of interests balance established in the Corporation Law, that is, balancing the interest relationship between shareholders and the company and puts forward the related suggestions. |
