Reserch On The Optimization Of The Judical Public Service Of Dongguan Court Under The Background Of Big Data

Judicial public services of court, can be defined as,according to their own characteristics, the people’s court within the scope of the law, the society provide specific legal protection and legal services, its output products for legal protection or legal service, it is helpful to improve citizen consciousness of rule of law, build a society under the rule of law environment of justice, and maximize the integration of social resources, to promote effective about government services to the public.Under the background of big data, the requirement of the traditional service platform moved to network platform, providing faster and more convenient public service channel. Although the current Dongguan court use big data to provide judicial public service has made certain achievements, but there are still many problems. How to use the background of the age of big data to optimize the Dongguan court judicial public service is a need to further discuss the topic.In this paper, with the administrative management, law, sociology, economics and other disciplines of basic theory, this paper expounds the court judicial theory and the basic connotation of public service, this article discusses the meaning of judicial public service, analyzes the current situation of judicial public services of Dongguan court and existing problems, finally put forward countermeasures to optimize the judicial public service of Dongguan court.The full text is divided into four parts:The first part is,"introduction" for this article. This section is divided into five:first, the court judicial connotation and characteristics of public service, the second is the classification of the court judicial public service, the third is the court judicial the historical development of public service, four is the court judicial significance of public services, mainly to meet the realistic demand of the masses, promote the rule of law environment of cultivation, provide the basis for relevant departments to make decisions, five is big data under the background of the court judicial public service facing the opportunities and challenges.The third part is, the big data under the background of Dongguan court judicial status quo and existing problems of public services. This part firstly analyzes the present situation of Dongguan court judicial public service, and then points out the existing problems, including judicial court staff consciousness of public service, platform, the collection is not unified, whose content distribution, interactive experience imperfectly, data mining using relatively shallow.The fourth part is about big data under the background of optimization of Dongguan court judicial countermeasures of the public service.
