Based on the investigation provisions of prepaid type consumption of the United States and China’s Taiwan region and South Korea about money, The author puts forward some suggestions about the instruction obligations for the format terms into a contract and the legal consequences when they are violated, the legal status of the prepaid type consumer contract,prepaid consumption contract text content, and how to deal with prepaid consumption unfair format terms in the practice, expecting they are helpful for regulation unfair format clauses in the prepaid type consumption contract.
