The additional system of parties in necessary joint action is an important system of civil litigation in China, it is important to solving civil disputes completely.However, because of the system of laws and regulations formulated earlier,with the development of society and economy, the existing system is not very well to solve relevant problems, which leads to the additional system of parties in necessary joint action is not smooth in China.
