Our party and government have attached great importance to the protection of laborers rights and interests, and many kinds of effective measures were taken to the wokers’rights guaranteed.Current theoretical circle around protecting wokers’rights and interests has created many new research results, but mostly in law, they through the wokers’ rights and interests protection law system in our country put forward amendments, but is still lack of theory and system research of sinicization of marxism. The paper adopted the historical analysis and logic analysis, and through study and field investigation summarizes Marx development history and status quo of the protection of the rights and interests of labourers theory, summarizing the present problems existing in the protection of the rights and interests of small and medium-sized private enterprises laborers.
