Protecting workers’ rights and interests is the basis for establishing harmonious working relationships.With the rapid development of the socialist market economy,small and medium-sized enterprises occupy an increasingly important position.According to statistics,more than 95% of China’s market participants are small and medium-sized enterprises,which has become an important force in building a special socialist society in China.But there is no denying that there are many problems in protecting the rights and interests of small businesses.Therefore,it is urgent to protect the rights and interests of small businesses.It is the only way to promote the sound development of SMEs and build a unified society.This paper details the achievements of domestic and foreign scholars on the protection of the rights and interests of small and medium-sized enterprise workers,so as to find a new breakthrough for the research of this paper.On this basis,this article on defining the related concepts of laborer’s rights and interests,to small and medium-sized private enterprises carefully combing the theoretical basis of laborer’s rights and interests,mainly around the marxist theory of labor relations,MAO zedong’s theory of "labor confrontation",Xi Jinping,thoughts of Chinese characteristic socialist harmonious labor relations important discourse as an important theoretical basis of analyzing problems.The company analyzed the rights and benefits of small business workers by combining actual and actual analysis,summed up the current work achievements,including the laborers’ right to equal employment and career choice constantly improve,workers training system gradually mature,labor safety and health protection and labor security supervision system to further improve the coordination,labor dispute processing mechanism to further improve,etc.However,while the guarantee of workers’ rights and benefits for small businesses is good overall,it is also worth noting that there is a problem.As a result of analyzing relevant data and actual conditions through actual visits and absorbing existing research results,issues such as the current risk of labor award controversy,the dilemma of realizing respite rights,and the lack of social security required by workers were raised.Small business pressures are high,government intervention is lacking,small business ideology is declining,and the causes of these problems are deeply analyzed by the lack of effective constraints on unions.According to General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important discussion on the protection of workers’ rights and interests,combined with the actual development of small and medium-sized private enterprises,the government,enterprises and trade unions as the main body,play the role of the three,play a "combination of punch",and strive to put forward targeted,constructive and applied countermeasures.First of all,strengthen government intervention and guidance,promote the modernization of the governance ability and governance system in the field of labor relations,break the "intestinal obstruction" of enterprises,strengthen labor supervision and law enforcement,and play a role in promoting the harmonious labor relations of small and medium-sized private enterprises;Second,private and midsize enterprises will voluntarily change to establish democratic mechanisms for negotiation,seriously enforce legal laws,and norm acts that protect workers’ rights and interests.Finally,the union will strengthen its own construction,strengthen the democratic bargaining power of the union and the skills of the employees themselves,and strengthen the union’s ability to empower.
