Later from 18^th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, our party require comprehensive strictly. In the face of complex situation of China’s anti-corruption struggle, the supervision and inspection have become an important means for strategic system of inner-party supervision arrangements. Central attaches great importance to this weapon. For the purpose to improve the supervision and inspection work entered a higher and better level, General Secretary Xi Jinping lead the relevant departments of the central government to make some innovation measures: such as the establishment of a policy of inspections, the new regulations revised of “inspection work regulations” and in system and mechanism innovation. Since this tour, the inspection work can achieve deter, contain and cure effects.This article contact the current international and domestic anti-corruption environment, start from the hotspot of inspection and supervision, the spirit of the meeting in the third Plenary Session of the 18^th CPC Central Committee as an opportunity.,we use literature research method, inductive comparative analysis, system analysis method and other research methods, Study on inspection theory origin, status of foreign and domestic research for the supervision of the Communist Party of China. Meanwhile, there are some deficiencies in this article: 1. There are few research article of inspection and supervision, so it is difficult to carry on the thorough study. 2. In the research of inspection and supervision, due to the limitation of our own knowledge structure and the theoretical level and the environmental impact, the understanding and elaboration on the theoretical & practical significance and historical role of the inspection and supervision has not reached a certain level. Therefore, we cannot make a profound understanding of some issues and insights.
