established a modern sense of the inspection system.On the basis of the basic elements of the system,both the ancient censor inspection system and the Specialist Patrol System in the Period of Democratic Revolution are very different from the patrol supervision system in the new period in terms of organizational structure,personnel matching,job content,discipline,responsibility,etc.However,from the perspective of institutional evolution,examining the history of the inspection system it is of great benefit to improve the comprehensive strict rule of the party work.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,focus on "uphold the party's leadership,strengthen the party building,comprehensive strict rule of the party",the CPC Central Committee has carried out 12 rounds of patrol work,the intensity,density and scope of the patrol supervision have been further
