With the deepening of the anti-corruption struggle since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, duty crime appeared some new changes and new situation, new problems and new laws, urgently need a new understanding and grasp, we deeply analyze the characteristics and reasons of the duty crime and spread trend of duty crime at the root of deep mining, the summary to punish and prevent position crime new experience, can find close gaps from the source, the new way of containment duty crime happened.In this paper, according to the investigation data and information to in G province from 2010 to 2014, the procuratorial organs filed investigation of criminal cases as the object, through a large amount of data analysis, the overall situation, the subject of duty crime of duty crime situation, the duty crime objective aspect, the judgment of duty crime situation and so on has carried on the detailed research, summarized the eight aspects of the overall characteristics and agricultural fields, education system and so on six characteristics of duty crime prone industry field.Secondly, combining with the characteristics of economic and social development in G province, the social survey results and typical cases, depth analysis of the duty crime causes and formation conditions.Finally, draw lessons from foreign experience of prevention of duty crime in practice, put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions to prevent duty crime G province.
