The Research On Prevention Measures About Neighborhood Violent Crime In China

At present,our country is in the period of social transformation,all kinds of contradictions,especially the disputes caused by neighborhood disputes in increasing contradictions,but the resolution mechanism of disputes is not perfect,neighborhood disputes are not solved in time,which led to violent crime.Violent crime caused by neighborhood disputes not only affects the stability of social order,but also the traditional morality has been a great impact,and the construction of a harmonious society is somewhat contrary,such crimes become a obstacles to social development and stability.In order to effectively prevent and control violent crime between neighborhoods,create a good community environment,and conform to the needs of the construction of a harmonious society,this article follows the criminology of "crime phenomenon-crime reasons-criminal countermeasures" research ideas,access the trial ended and publicly reported violent crime cases in China Judgements Online from 2013 ~ 2016 first half,include intentional homicide,intentional injury,arson,poisoning,explosion,a total of 10000 cases,finally screened out the number of cases of violence between neighbors,a total of 254 cases of judicial precedent.Collected and conducted a statistical analysis,on the basis of this,refined the situation and characteristics of the current crime,and then analyzed the causes of the crimes,and finally put forward a targeted crime prevention and control measures,in order to provide a theoretical and practical reference for effectively preventing and controlling of violence between the neighborhood.This paper is divided into four parts:the first part,the neighborhood violence crime research overview,describes the neighborhood violent crime concept and the necessity of research,in order to pave the way for the whole paper.The second part,summarize the current general trend of violent crime between the neighborhood from the perspective of criminology,and detailed analyzed characteristics of crime spatial distribution,characteristics of crime subject,characteristics of criminal induced factors,characteristics of criminal nature and so on,to lay a theoretical foundation for the following part.The third part,explain the causes of neighborhood violent crime from the two aspects of individual and social reasons.The fourth part is about the prevention and control measures of neighborhood violence crime,on the basis of the third part,analyzing the economic development of the backward areas,strengthening the rural control,strengthening the role of the public security organs,the establishment of a sound civil dispute mediation mechanism.
