Animation and comics are collectively known as "Anime", but in fact the anime resources for anime industrial operations far beyond animation and comics. The presence of branded anime resources is a prerequisite for anime brand authorization. However, "brand" is not a legal concept, in the anime industry, "anime brand" is an normal term. It is necessary from a legal point of view to analyze what kind of legal right existed behind "anime brand".Strictly compliance with legal logic, this paper mainly classified and summarized the current common anime resources in the anime industry chain, and secondly from a legal point of view to analyze the legal rights of all kinds of anime resources behind it, again from a legal point of view of what is meant by "anime brand ", those established the foundation for legal analysis of anime brand authorization and licensing model.Anime brand authorization is the procedure and activities which the right owner licensed or assigned the branded anime resources to others to use, in accordance with the contract, the user using anime resources in business activities, and pay the appropriate fees, while the owner giving the user design training, examination and approval and other aspects of the guidance and assistance. The anime brand licensing model,which has become relatively stable, commonly used, obviously characterized operation mode of anime resource license and/or transfer.In this paper, from various angles of anime brand licensing models are summarized and analyzed, and legally analyzed its kind of right behind,transfer and so on.
