With the changing times, Values and the values of education and its strong influence in contemporary Chinese people can not avoid the reality or contempt, thus, it has become a problem in all fields of philosophy social science as well. Precisely because of this, how to adapt to changing this situation, to carry out the guidance and education of values either in theory or in practice community has aroused great attention and concern. In this thesis, the author analyzes the problem of police core values and cultivation in the mainline of modern Chinese police’s core values from the philosophical perspective of Marxism Human Theory in the background of China’s Social Transformation. Drawing on academic articles on the basis of existing research on the relationship between the People’s Police core values and socialist core values of the sort. According to this, the author analyzes the necessity, urgency and importance of developing the cultivation of People’s Police core values based on the social development and new features and changeable system of People’s Police. The author points out that the cultivation in value of People’s Police is not only the demand of modern development, but also the requirement of health development in People’s Police. It is the strong spiritual support to construct the harmonious society and realize social stability. In addition, the thesis starts with the problem existed in the modern value in China’s police force, discusses the root of the problem and analyzes the strategies of cultivation in value of People’s Police, combined with the Party’s mass line current educational practice carried out to analyze the path of their education.
