Study On The Legal Problems Of The Right Of Rural Contracted Management Of Financing Guarantee

Our country increases investment on the rural economy through capital investment and project construction since the new rural construction,however this does not alleviate the huge gap between urban and rural development in China. Teaching a men to fish is better to giving him a fish, the core of the rural economic development is the construction of the system rather than mere objects into. To solve the shortage of funds in rural problems,give funds support as creation can solve the farmers financing system. In the background of times demand, through state policies allowing farmers to provide guarantee for a loan. There have too many problems for us to solve in this system reform. This article is based on the conducted at present have the right to land contractual management of financing guarantee pilot project, analysis the problems of the system, and puts forward some improving suggestions.This article is divided into four parts. The forth part, According to the problemin existing in the second part, explore how to improve the financing guarantee system of our country use the right of the contracted management about land.
