Thelegislational Research On Securitization Of Music Copyright

When human enter the second decade of the 21 st century, along with the global economic and social development, the value of intellectual property weights more.The intellectual property securitization is also the hot spot problem. Social life needs legal norms, however, the legal standardsfor intellectual property securitization practice is not complete.This paper will do the study of legal issues related to intellectual property securitization practices.The essences of this study lies in the "legislation", which is normative research.So the paper will along the following layers: First, in this paper, several groups of concepts should be clear, this is the background of all study;Then, this article theoretically expound legal issues related about music copyright securitization;After again, I will make some examples in the British and American developed countries in the aspect of music copyright securitization, and summarize the legislation and practice experience;Again, I will analyze the feasibility to practicing music copyright securitization in our country;Again, this article analyzes the real legal environmentwhich music copyright securitization facing;Finally, according to the above research, the legislative suggestions about promoting music copyright securitization in China will be put forward.This paper uses multiple research methods, such as literature retrieval, comparison research, induction and deduction methods, etc.
