Augustine created a huge theological system, on the basis of theology, through the "city of god" and other works of free will and natural law thoughts. Lex law, natural law and human law constitutes the core of Augustine’s theological natural law thoughts. Lex law is the reason of God and the will of God, command all observe the perfect order, it is the perfect expression of the ultimate reason to rule the universe order.Natural law is lex law in human’s heart and soul on the mark, also known as lex intima, is the personification of the eternal law of subjective expression of externalization. Natural law requires all things belongs and on their role and position of the pursuit of true good, cannot destroy the natural, peaceful order. If this order is destroyed, will not be able to escape the correction of God’s justice law and judgement, as a result, to complete the natural law to theology. Method, is associated with human depravity and evil, later to become a necessary law. Comply with the requirements of law is the lowest level, is the minimum required level of natural law. To a large extent, Augustine admitted human law is necessary, but he is negative for it, because people are born to be guilty, and the law of the world are unable to remove this kind of crime.Through further explore in detail, it has systematically introduced Augustine’s natural law thoughts, and summarized the significance of Augustine’s theology natural law thoughts, Augustine inherited the classical law thought,and hold the point that the law is the justice, the real ultimate law is God’s law, because only God is true justice. Not only that, Augustine’s ideology opens the modern legal philosophy, the spiritual life is separated from the secular life, this is the basic characteristics of modern western legal and political. Then using the method of comparative law further explains Augustine’s natural law ideology influence on Thomas Aquinas’s theological natural law thoughts, and Thomas Aquinas has successed and developed Augustine’s natural law ideology, affirmed the human law in the real social’s significance.Summarizes the characteristics of Augustine’s theological natural law ideology, then discuss the view that Augustine puts forward " evil law’s illegal ",and the revelation and influence on later evil law.
