Rural collective economic organizations are practical achievements of China’s rural collective economy at the present stage. The income distribution of rural collective economic organizations directly affects the economic benefits available to its members, and is closely related to farmers’ interests and harmonious order in rural society. In income distribution system of rural collective economic organizations, rural collective economic organization is leading distribution of income through a certain allocation mechanisms and procedures. The rural collective economic organization members possess income in income distribution system. Its membership is the key to its members’ rights and income distribution. During the process of allocation, income distribution relationship will be formed. Through configuring the rights and obligations of income distribution legal system and designing scientific allocation mechanisms, we can adjust the distribution relationship and rural social welfare distribution.Income distribution system involves the interest. Conflict of interest exists and allocation dispute appears inevitable. Nowadays disputes of income distribution of rural collective economic organizations disputes are common and serious, because of the unclear standard of membership, unscientific distribution procedures, and insufficient legal remedies, etc. It leads to nowadays unsatisfactory status of rural collective economic organizations income distribution.In this paper, by studying on income distribution legal system of rural collective economic organizations, we aim to propose some effective suggestions to improve the income distribution. Firstly, the organization membership of income distribution system should be unified in legislation. Secondly, improve all aspects of the income distribution system construction. Finally, establish and improve the judicial remedies of rural collective economic organizations income distribution disputes.
