The Influence Of Judicial Ritual On The Judicial Authority

In 2012, the Chinese government promulgated the document "China’s judicial reform",which clearly indicates that one of the fundamental objectives of judicial reform is to build a fair, efficient and authoritative socialist judicial system. But in practice, the problem of how to establish this authoritative judicial system ask us for exploring in depth. Therefore, this article choose the angle from justice ritual, to research the judicial specific symbols, analyze their impact on the judicial authority, thus further propose how to resolve the judicial ritual problem under the influence of the ancient tradition of legal thought. This paper is divided into three chapters, the first chapter explores the specific content of ritual from the perspective of justice, analysis the specific judicial symbols which play a role in the ceremony. The second chapter is to study the important relationship between judicial authority and judicial ritual, focus on clarify the role of the judicial ceremony took place.Chapter Three is to promote the essence of problems to be solved from a practical point of view.
