Morality is the fundamental survival, and responsibility is fundamental to success. Thecultivation of citizen’s sense of responsibility, for the construction of socialist modernization,building a harmonious society has important and far-reaching significance.A sense of civic responsibility is composed of citizen qualification, to themselves and toothers, to the family and the collective, the state and society responsibility cognition,emotions and beliefs, as well as the corresponding code compliance, responsibilities andobligations of the self-conscious manner, is a measure of a citizen’s national consciousness ofmaster strength of an important measure.A sense of civic responsibility includes self consciousness of responsibility, theconsciousness of family responsibility, social responsibility consciousness, responsibilityconsciousness of nature.
