History and reality have told us that if contemporary college students have aspirations and responsibilities,the country will have future and a good development.Therefore,whether or not contemporary college students have consciousness of responsibility and the strength of their consciousness of responsibility is not only related to their own development but also linked to the implementation of the "two hundred years" goal and the Chinese dream of great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The socialist core values put forward at the 18 th National Congress clearly establishes the most basic value orientation and standards of conduct in Chinese society today.It also embodies the requirement of being responsible to the state,to society and to the individual citizen in all aspects.So for the educatees of contemporary colleges and universities,both in thought and in behavior,they have reached a stage in which they can shoulder the responsibilities of life in all directions.However,with the continuous expansion of opening up and the deep influence of the socialist market economy,our national social economic elements,interest association and distribution methods are becoming more and more diverse and people's values and orientations are also diversified,meanwhile,the values of college students are becoming more and more diverse.Educatees of many colleges and universities put emphasis on seeking personal ambition to different degrees while the consciousness of responsibility is down.They seek moral standard,but do not pay attention to the improvement of mental state.They pursue personal interests but collective consciousness is weakened.Therefore,based on the concepts of responsibility,consciousness of responsibility,responsibility of college and university students and the consciousness of responsibility of college and university students,the paper probes into the connotation and content of the consciousness of responsibility of college and university students and emphasizes the significance of cultivating college and university students' consciousness of responsibility.In view of the reference to the relevant documents,it further analyzes the problems and reasons for the lack of responsibility among college students' consciousness and proposes countermeasures to enhance the sense of responsibility of college and university students.This paper mainly expounds from three aspects:Firstly,this paper defines related concepts of responsibility and responsibility of college students and then after literature review home and abroad,it puts forward the basic content of college students' responsibility consciousness which covers self responsibility,family responsibility,a sense of responsibility for others,sense of social responsibility and ecological responsibility consciousness;secondly,it lists the examples of their lack of responsibility and analyzes the reasons from the perspectives of individual,family,school and society;thirdly,it puts forward countermeasures to strengthen the responsibility sense of college students,mainly from the angles of their own practice,family education,school guidance and other aspects of social and cultural teaching feasibility.At present,it is a long way to go on how to cultivate and improve the sense of responsibility of college students.This paper expounds the current situation of college students' sense of responsibility,the reasons for their lack of responsibility and the countermeasures to enhance their sense of responsibility.It is hoped to help future research and provide countermeasures to the increasing serious research on raising the sense of responsibility of college students.
