The Statistical Analysis Of The Impact Of Education Investment On Economic Growth

The issue that this paper discussed was about the educational funds investment in China.The main topics of the paper was how greatly the educational funds investment affected theChinese economic growth based on the theoretical analysis, demonstration analysis and thecurrent situation description. Because of the knowledge is getting more and more important inthe economic world nowadays, every country on the earth do not only pay attention to thespeed of the economic growth, but also pay attention to the quality of the economic growth atthe same time. Thus, transforming the economic growth mode and increasing the economicgrowth efficiency have a lot important theoretical and practical meaning to China.On the aspect of theoretical analysis, this paper tried to analyze the relationship betweenhuman capital and economic growth, the relationship between education and human capital,and the relationship between education and economic growth based on the human capitaltheory and economic growth theory. And then, it theoretically proved the significant impactsthat the education had on the economic growth.On the aspect of demonstration analysis, this paper firstly established the ErrorCorrection Mode and measured how greatly the educational funds investment affected theeconomic growth nationwide. Secondly, set up the Panel Data Mode and measured howgreatly the educational funds investment affected the economic growth in each of east, middleand west region. The effects that the educational funds investment had on the economicgrowth was proven by econometric model. All these steps in the paper were carried out byselecting norms.On the aspect of current situation description, the current educational situation in Chinawas described through the total amount of the educational funds investment, the incrementspeed, the labor force quality, the labor mobility and etc. And, this paper also analyzed theeducation in promoting Chinese economic growth deficiency.Based on the theoretical analysis, demonstration analysis and the current situationdescription, this paper provided countermeasure and suggestion at the end, in order to give full play to the educational funds investment in promoting Chinese economic growth, andachieved the maximum of the effects that the educational funds investment in promotingChinese economic growth.
