Empirical Study Of Amateur Sports School Included In The Traditional Sports School

Amateur sports schools and traditional sports schools are the main channels of cultivating athletic reserve forces in China, as well as the important components of competitive sports system in China. They have trained a backbone force for mass sports and a large number of activists for China. Meanwhile, they have made outstanding contributions to carrying out China’s plans of "Olympic glory" and "nationwide fitness programs". With the rapid development of China’s economy and society, amateur sports schools and traditional sports schools raises a number of issues such as their development jars with the environment and the social needs. In order to effectively resolve all kinds of problems during the developing process of amateur sports schools and traditional sports schools, in2000Alashan League integrated the resources of education and sports of the whole league, merged the second middle school of Alashan Left Banner, national middle school and the key amateur sports school of Alashan League into mongolian senior high school of Alashan League, carried out the running pattern of combination of amateur sports schools and traditional sports schools.By visiting and investigating the leadership of physical education of Alashan League, as well as the leaders in charge of sports, coaches and athletes of before and after the three schools’combination, this thesis adopted the methods of interviewing, document data and analysis, made an in-depth research and comparative analysis of the effect and existing problems of before and after the three schools’combination, and came to the conclusions:Firstly, before the three schools merged, the key amateur sports school had the following problems during the operating process:source of students lacking stability, learning contradicting training remarkably, funds and site facilities being not guaranteed, and employment of retired athletes in the late run.Secondly, before the three schools merged, the following issues existed in traditional sports school of Alashan League:irregulation of management system, shortage of running funds and teacher strength and so on.Thirdly, after the amalgamation of the three schools, the existing problems of the primary key amateur sports school and traditional sports school have been effectively mitigated and resolved. Meanwhile, the conflicts of the primary key amateur sports school have been eased. The stability of students’sources and sports teams has been enhanced, and the teachers and facilities of amateur sports school and traditional sports school have been consolidated and utilized. Besides, athletes’ day-to-day management has become more standardized and reasonable.Last but not the least, after the amalgamation of the three schools, there has been problems existing in carrying out the amateur sports training in mongolian senior high school of Alashan League, for example, the school has paid inadequate attention to amateur sports training; means of personnel recruitment have not been various; Special funding has been insufficient; management system of coaches has been set up unsoundly; aging problem of coaches; contradiction between learning and training has been eased but still existed, and so on.
