With the university reform process in the deepening, in order to accord therequirement of students, the physical education of university must adjust its educationconcept and principle, explore and research new teaching methods proper. Weresearched ladder pedagogy under this background.This paper uses the method of literature, interview, questionnaire, mathematicalstatistics,teaching experiments and logical analysis, in Aerobics elective courseteaching ladder teaching this kind of organizational form of teaching, to cultivate thestudents interest, improve Aerobics elective course teaching effect as a target.Through the experimental verification of Ladder Teaching in our university Aerobicselective course teaching feasibility and teaching effect, in order to improve theteaching quality of Aerobics elective course to provide reference. Through a lot ofinvestigation and statistic analysis, the following conclusion:1in ordinary colleges and universities aerobics elective ladder teaching methodteaching, compared to the conventional teaching method can enhance the physicalquality of the students.2in ordinary colleges and universities aerobics elective ladder teaching methodteaching, compared to the conventional teaching method is more helpful for studentsto aerobics basic skills to master and improve aerobics theory knowledge level of thestudents.3in ordinary colleges and universities aerobics elective ladder teaching methodteaching, improve students’ ability of observation, analysis, problem solving thanconventional teaching method is more conducive to.4in ordinary colleges and universities aerobics elective ladder teaching methodteaching, can stimulate students interest in learning than the conventional teachingmethod, strengthen the learning motivation.This paper shows that ladder teaching method suitable for General CollegeAerobics Courses Teaching,can improve the efficiency of classroom teaching,improve the effect of classroom teaching,and proposed to popularize the ladderpedagogy in public physical education class in university and college.
