As everyone knows, the hearing disorder in adolescents and children are learning is the method and means is to observe and physical exercise. At present, most of China’s sports workers and experts are the hearing disorder children as vulnerable groups, are often given physical activities, mental and physical care, and no real let young children that become the subject of physical exercise, which will influence their understanding of the value of physical exercise and a lack of then take the way of teaching, how to better is the part of the students to accept and grasp a certain low technology is our sports workers pay more attention to. As everyone knows, badminton is suitable for men and women, old and young, exercise can be based on individual characteristics, age, physical exercise levels and site environment. Young people as to promote growth, improve the effective means of physical exercise, the right amount of badminton sport can promote adolescent growth height, young people can cultivate self-confidence, courage, determination, good psychology quality. For hearing impaired people can be used for health care and rehabilitation exercise, the badminton practice can improve exercise capacity of the body, strengthen the cardiovascular and nervous system function, they can hit the ball, train them to overcome difficulties, not afraid of hardship, unwilling to fall behind the quality.In this paper, by means of multimedia teaching can improve their sports interest in learning in different degree. And this paper is using the teaching method of.multimedia content of hearing impaired children and badminton training related to the value of experiment, by trying to badminton teaching of Changchun City children hearing multimedia to the physical training of hearing-impaired children in the future for reference by the parties. The results showed:whether it is from the multimedia assisted teaching in hearing disorders in adolescents in badminton teaching theoretical analysis or experimental science demonstration process, establish conditions corresponding to the multimedia teaching, multimedia teaching students for the identity is not really the significance of teaching standards, but also the driving force of special education teaching content. So no matter from the need of the development of special education or from the students’ PE learning effects and need, can speed up the popularization of multimedia teaching in special education in a certain degree, so as to lay the foundation. Proved by experiments:1.the students in the experimental class athletic skill level has been significantly improved, the experimental class and the teaching of multimedia, to a fresh by providing images and video game to clear their learning tasks, and then through the demonstration effect of image of practitioners, to participate in training and learning more inspire the students in the experimental class, so in the course of the experiment showed a high level of training.2.whether it is from the multimedia assisted teaching in hearing disorders in adolescents in badminton teaching the theory analysis and experimental science demonstration process, establish conditions corresponding to the multimedia teaching, multimedia teaching students for the identity is not the real meaning of teaching standards, but also the driving force of special education teaching content. So no matter from the need of the development of special education or from the students’ PE learning effects and need, can speed up the popularization of multimedia teaching in special education in a certain degree, so as to lay the foundation...
