Balance ability is one of the important physical qualities of the human body.It is the ability of the human body to resist external forces that destroy the balance of the body,so as to keep the whole body in a stable state. When the human body completes almost all movements,it is completed under the condition of maintaining balance.Due to the damage of the vestibular system of the inner ear,the hearing impaired people often have a certain gap with the normal people in terms of balance ability and motor skills. The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of badminton training and badminton plus core strength training on the balance ability of college students with hearing impairment.By observing the changes of balance ability of hearing impaired college students before and after the two groups of training methods, this paper explores the balance ability of hearing impaired college students through badminton training and badminton plus core strength training.Research methods: Taking the 2022 freshman class of deaf students in the School of Special Education of Beijing United University as the research object, the eligible students were randomly divided into two groups. One group was the experimental group, and badminton training and core strength training were conducted for 12 weeks; The first group was the control group, which had badminton training for 12 weeks. Before and after the experiment, the static and dynamic balance abilities of the subjects were tested.Compare the balance ability of each group before and after the experiment.Research results:After the combination of badminton and core strength training, the left foot horizontal step test(p<0.01),the right foot horizontal step test(p<0.01),the left foot closed-eye single-foot stand test(p<0.01),the right foot closed-eye single-foot stand test(p<0.05),the closed-eye walking straight line test(p<0.01),and the closed-eye standing test(p<0.01)of hearing impaired college students were significantly improved. After badminton training, the left foot transverse step test(p<0.01),the right foot transverse step test(p<0.01),the closed eye walking straight line test(p<0.05),and the closed eye standing test(p<0.01)of hearing impaired college students were significantly improved. There was no significant difference in the balance ability of hearing impaired students after 12 weeks of training in badminton plus core strength training and badminton training(p>0.05).Conclusion:Badminton and core strength training can significantly improve the dynamic and static balance ability of hearing impaired students.Badminton training can improve the dynamic and static balance ability of hearing impaired students. There is no significant difference between the two training methods in the balance ability of hearing impaired students after training.Suggestion: Badminton can effectively improve the dynamic and static balance ability of students with hearing impairment. In the teaching content of students with hearing impairment, the frequency and duration of physical exercise should be increased, preferably 2-3 times a week, and the frequency of physical exercise should be increased.Physical exercise can select badminton movement as the exercise content, and if conditions permit, the functional training of core strength, coordination and sensitivity can also be added for combined training. There are relatively few researches on the balance ability of hearing impaired people, and the training methods for the balance ability of hearing impaired people need to be further studied. |
