| When the world has entered the transition period of the post-industrial economy, the development of society has already no longer simply rely on the capital as the first factor of production, but more dependent on high and new science and technology and the persons who has a wealth of knowledge and ability to manage high intelligence talents. From a certain perspective, it can be said that science and technology and the high level talents constitute the national political security barriers in the post-industrial economy. At the same time, as the cradle of science and technology and talents, political safety education in universities is showing its important strategic position. In order to actively respond to globalization on political and security challenges, in accord with the basic situation and the demand of higher education in our country, the theory is shouldering the historical responsibility to explore the ways that to strengthen and optimize the theory system of China’s College safety education in the post-industrial economy era. It is of great theoretical significance and practical value which is needed for the China’s active response to the capitalist ideology penetration and stable the internal and external environment that is needed by the economic sustainable development of social.In this paper, based on the theoretical analysis and discrimination of the concept of " post-industrial economy ear" and "political security education", in-depth analysis of the causes of current status and development of political security of university education in our country is not balanced, and further put forward countermeasures of China University political security education in post-industrial economy era. The part of introduction mainly explained the origin, theory and practical significance, the research situation of the university political security education research; describes the difficulties and innovation, research ideas and development issues. The system discussed in this paper mainly includes three parts:the first part, the writer defines and analyzes these basic concepts, defines the connotation and extension of post-industrial economy era and defines the concepts of political education and political security education, which aims to draw clear the boundaries for this study. The second part analyses the current situation of the development of China’s universities political security education, the writer mainly from two aspects includes the achievements and urgent to describe, and thus in-depth and comprehensive analysis the causes of problems, mainly launches the elaboration from following four aspects:the domestic and foreign political security environment, the university political security education consciousness, political security education starting and political security education system construction.The third part has five emphasis: pay close attention to the development of China’s political security environment changes, make clear the position of political security education in the higher education system, master the development of college students’ political security consciousness, construct Chinese political security education system, improve our political security community construction mechanism, try discusses the practical path to strengthen and optimize China’s universities political security education. |
