In recent years, with the adjustment of the country's general big strategic development,our country has begun to transmit from a strong nation which is good at manufacturing to a nation which is good at innovation. On September 4, 2014, Chairman Xi Jinping emphasized at the academician in CAS and CAE conference, the development of China's science and technology direction is "Innovation, Innovation, and Reinnovation".The basic requirement of an innovative country is talents' innovative, which requires highly educated talents constantly emerging and unremitting efforts, and it does not mean that people who have lower level of education do not have innovative talents. But compared with the lower educated, the proportion innovation from the higher educated is high. Therefore, the cultivation of highly educated talents has become the current college's top priority.According to China's ministry of education, related data shows that in 2016 the number of Chinese people who attend the Postgraduate Entrance Examination is 1.77 million, and admitted number only accounts for 517000. So enrollment ratio is only 29%, and with regard to some popular major, the admission ratio reached 70:1. These date indicate that how difficulty it is for students entering postgraduate education. Although in recent years scale of graduate student recruiting students expands unceasingly in our country, the number of students entering this examination increases, which leds to the serious problem of talent competition in our country.In this environment, this paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of native educational industry in He Nan province and training industry company are the advantages and disadvantages, at the same time put forward strategic management is required for any education training enterprises. HT education as excellent domestic well-known education training enterprises in the province, in the process of rapid development, the problems of strategic management and strategic development planning are highlighted. How to do in the increasingly fierce competition and then becoming the leader of this industry forever is the core issue of research in this paper.This article using the strategic management theory and model analyses and explores strategic environment analysis, strategy development, strategic choice, strategy implementation and controlling in the educational training industry. SWOT analysis tools, PEST environmental analysis and industry factor analysis method are also used to analysis external environment, industry competition and internal conditions in education training business. The result of analysis shows that although the training institutions now has the huge development opportunity,the disadvantage of the own existence and challenge is also very obvious.At present the main strategies implemented by HT education are the Differentiation focusing strategy and Centralized growth strategy. We use the differentiation focusing strategy to build the core competitiveness. Centralized growth strategy is used to increase enterprise's benefit and scale; Brand strategy can accelerate the development of training institutions. This article try to determine implementation strategy of HT education, providing guidance for HT education management.
