| International football has developed rapidly in recent years, and the public paid more attention to Europe’s top five leagues than ever. Especially some clubs such as Real Madrid, Barcelona and Bayern Munich as well as fantastic players like Cristiano Ronaldo, Messi and Ribery around the world are becoming welcome. However the subsequent problems such as football contractual stability are becoming increasingly prominent. This paper started from the Drogba case, analyzed the stability of the player contracts, and focused on other football-related cases as well, and finally gave a specific legal recommendations for the contractual stability in Chinese professional football. It is significant to study on international football contracts when Chinese football teams’ performance fell far behind the public expectation. China should take warning and work out perfect settlement mechanism for football disputes on the basis of maintaining the contractual stability in international football.According to the analysis of chapter, this thesis is divided into four parts. The first chapter is an introduction and describe the research background, research methods and research value of this paper, at the same time leading to Drogba case; the second chapter is the introduction to contractual stability in international football, including characteristics and the basic concepts of the contractual stability about football, making readers have a fundamental understanding about international football contract; the third chapter is the most important of this paper, describing the regulation of international football contract from the conclusion to the termination, making a detailed discussion for conflict resolution and transfer system supplemented by case analysis; the fourth chapter suggests analysis and recommendations of Chinese football by discussing the development of international football contract, which has important guiding significance for the development of Chinese football sports. |
