The rapid development of society and the bloom in science and technology placegreater demands on people’s diathesis and ability as well as on the training of future sportsteachers. Physical Education Curriculum of2004requires: physical education should traincompound talents with modern education ideology, good science literacy, nobleprofessional ethics, stronger innovation ability and practical ability, who can engage in thework and research related to school physical education and social sports. Aerobics is thecompulsory course of physical education majors of universities and colleges. Aerobicteachers usually focus on the teaching of basic movements of aerobics, and ignoredeveloping the expressive force of the aerobics athletes, but in fact, the aerobic expressionforce is one of the most important fact which shows the quality of aerobics. Besides, toenhance the development of the aerobic expressive force of physical education majors willplay an important role in deepening the physical education reforms. Hence, to research theway develop the aerobic expressive force of physical education majors will bring positivesignificance to improve the the skills of aerobics. This thesis carries out experimentalresearch into developing the aerobic expressive force of physical education majors bydocuments, interview and experiments, which aims to give ideas of developing the aerobicexpressive force of physical education majors.Research results:1. Though the aerobic expressive force of the control group was improved, the aerobicexpressive force of the experimental group was obviously superior to that of control groupsand there were significant differences. A series of teaching and training ways used toimprove the expressive force of the experimental group were proved effective.2. Compared with control group, the motor skills, desire to show off andpsychological quality of experimental group were improved obviously. There aresignificance differences between experimental group and control group in the aspect of movement dynamics, movement range and body posture, most notably their facialexpressions.3. Physical quality training improved the experimental group’s strength and flexibility, which promoted the movement dynamics and range obviously and affected the quality ofexpressive force positively. To carry out my relative teaching suggestions.
