Aerobic is a sport that shows the body's health and beauty.It not only shows the characteristics of human movement,health and strength,but also highlights the beauty of the body.College Sports Aerobic students in training,tend to focus on the difficulty and special physical quality training,ignoring the body posture and special performance of the exercise,caused the special technical ability of students and strong artistic expressive force is relatively weak problem.In recent years,ballet basic training has been in other fields for reference and use,because of the training contents and methods and aerobic have a strong correlation,so the basic ballet training into aerobics has necessity and possibility.This article from the association of aerobics and ballet basic training two of research by literature,research methods of questionnaire investigation,expert interview and mathematical statistics,to explore the influence factors of ballet basic training of Aerobics students performance,the aerobics content classification performance training and ballet basic training for students,find the contents and methods of basic ballet training to improve the aerobics students performance good,in order to improve the performance of Aerobics students to provide practical and theoretical basis for the verification of ballet basic training.The results show that:1.Effect of Aerobic students performance of most major and key factors such as flexibility,movement specification,rhythm perception,music etc.,are obtained after different degrees of ballet basic training to improve.2.Ballet basic training and aerobic students' performance training in different aspects of content and methods have varying degrees of relevance.Ballet and has obvious relevance under the training and aerobic posture training,movement,transition and connection movements exercises,ballet jumping and rotation training and aerobic exercise difficulty has great correlation.3.Many of the basic methods of ballet training can be referred to training to improve the performance of aerobics.The ballet training ground,through a combination of action training,through a variety of training methods under the bar,can be for a variety of special ability to the development of Aerobic students,which is the most effective to improve the performance of the special force.On the basis of analysis and discussion,the following suggestions are put forward:1.By watching ballet performances,video teaching methods,stimulate students' psychological novelty and interest in learning,to guide students to the ballet aesthetic charm gradually integrated into the aerobic movement and consciousness.2.Improving students' self-awareness is helpful for students to make clear and correct their training attitude,and to promote students to improve their performance in Aerobic rhythm according to their own conditions.3.The contents and methods of ballet basic training are varied.The students' levels are different,and the choices are different.The higher the correlation is,the better the training effect will be.We should strengthen the training of students' special basic skills and technical level,and combine the two methods effectively.4.It is an innovative research stage to apply ballet basic training to physical training and teaching,and further research is needed for scientific planning and extensive experiments.We hope that those who are interested in it will actively participate in the study and innovate the research ideas and methods to help and support the training and teaching results.
