The implementation of the new curriculum need teachers improve the comprehensive ability of teaching,Especially need to improve teachers’ teaching ability, which directly decide the teaching effect,Therefore, the cultivation of students’ teaching practice ability is particularly important, who as the new generation is about to become a teacher.During the course of reform, the normal colleges and universities in China are actively engaged in training for normal students of different degrees of reform.However, after a series of reforms,exactly how about the status of pre-service teachers’ teaching practical ability?Whether to meet the needs of the new curriculum implementation?The formation of the teaching practice ability of the students experience the process of how?Whether the training has some problem?How to improve?All these problems are worth further study.This study in normal universities directly under the ministry of education instituteof2010session normal students in chemistry, Northeast Normal University as the research object.At the end of the internship to extend students teaching practice ability self evaluation questionnaire,after the recovery scale,through students’ self evaluation data statistical analysis,preliminary understanding to the current situation of students teaching practice ability.Through the interview after,to the situation of teaching practiceability of students to a deeper understanding.This paper consists of five parts:The first part is introduction, mainly introduces the research background, researchquestions, research objectives, research significance and research ideas and methods.The second part is teaching practice ability research overview. Mainly to the teaching practice ability and pre-service chemistry teachers of the two concepts is defined,Analysis about the reality of teaching practice ability research both at home and abroad, and the composition of the teaching practice ability.The third part is the scale of the preparation, distribution and recycling.The fourth part is to the northeast normal university institute of chemical analysisof the present status of grade2010students teaching practice ability,after the scale recycling,input students self assessment data,and use the statistics software for analysis.Through the analysis of the data and the interview result,it is concluded that the northeast normal university college of chemistry teaching practice ability status of grade2010students.The fifth part is the conclusion and the suggestion, through the analysis of the st atus, come to the conclusion, Found pre-service chemistry teachers’ teaching ability hasmany of the most prominent aspect, such as teaching design specifications; Solid teaching basic skills; Experimental ability and positive attitude seriously.But also more obvious deficiencies, such as for the actual situation of the students is not enough to understand; Insufficient capacity of regulation and control the classroom, Lack of innovation and learning theory and teaching practice relative separation.Combing of northeastnormal university free normal training plan and specific implementation, in view of the existing problems, and puts forward Suggestions for improvement. For the northeastnormal university college of chemistry and other colleges and universities to further improve students develop to provide the reference.
