Teacher's teaching practice ability is an important ability for teachers.Teachers shoulder the responsibility of teaching and educating people,and classroom teaching is the main way for teachers to teach students knowledge and skills,so teachers should pay attention to cultivate their own teaching practice ability,in order to help students master knowledge and improve their ability.By this study were reviewed in recent years,scholars of the research situation of teachers' classroom practice ability,can see the researchers compare on the study of teachers' teaching ability,for the definition and theoretical framework of teachers' teaching ability only in terms of theory,not combined with the actual survey real situation of teachers' practical ability,so the purpose of this paper is based on the construction of a theoretical framework,design a scientific questionnaire,in order to facilitate the future as a survey of high school chemistry teachers' teaching ability tool use.This paper consists of eight parts.The specific contents of each part are as follows:First: to clarify the thesis topic and significance;Second: literature review of teachers' teaching practice ability,analysis of existing research deficiencies and pointing out the research direction of this paper;Thirdly,it explains the research objective,task and method of this paper;Fourth,according to the seven factors of teaching process proposed by butler,the theoretical framework of the teaching practice ability of middle school chemistry teachers is put forward,and the constituent elements of the framework are explained.Fifth,according to the theoretical framework,aquestionnaire was designed t o investigate middle school chemistry teachers in different regions of shandong province.Exploratory factor analysis was conducted on the questionnaire with the help of statistical software SPSS20.0.A confirmatory analysis was conducted with AMOS17.0,and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested.Sixth: according to the result of data processing,analyze the current situation of middle school chemistry teachers' teaching practice ability;Seventh: draw the research conclusion according to the analysis results,and put forward the strategies and Suggestions to improve the practical ability;Eighth: clarify the existing problems of the paper,for future research to lay the direction of efforts.
