In recent years, the incidence of cardiovascular disease in global, restricts the people’s physical health and living standards. Cardiovascular diseases of the patients have significant relationship with cardiac. Cardiac function has a direct impact on cardiovascular health. At present, the prevention and treatment of the disease has no longer simply rely on drug treatment, more and more people realize the importance of exercise. Appropriate intensity of exercise for the heart obviously, improved the function of the heart, the human cardiovascular system have a better improvement, the effects of tai chi exercise intensity on the heart function need to be further explored.Objective: Through the research of twenty-four Style tai chi on healthy adults in the same time and different velocity of heart rate, oxygen consumption, the subjective sensationof movement detection of physiological indexes, and physiological indexes and jogging are analyzed. Analysis of size and characteristics of changes in different speed of tai chi,In order to explore the effect of tai chi Exercise on human cardiac function, so as to provide scientific theoretical guidance and basis of Tai chi in public fitness.Method: In this study, sports colleges and universities around the age of25healthy adult college students as the subjects of the experiment, can skilled lay a set of twenty-fourtai chi. The experimenter divided into men’s and women’s groups, respectively in the different time to do ten minutes of regular tai chi, slow tai chi, slow jogging and quick jogging. Through the relevant instruments, process of different exercise modes and the recovery period reflect the main physiological data exercise intensity, Including exercise heart rate, oxygen uptake and RPE numerical, comparison and analysis of the monitoring data between groups.Results: Obtained from the analysis of the experimental data, the characteristics of tai chi exercise and fitness running different. tai chi is not playing faster strength is more appropriate to slow down, but will increase the intensity of exercise. Low strength ordinary tai chi, slow tai chi and slow jogging are small and medium intensity exercise, fast jogging belongs to medium intensity exercise. So the effect of Tai chi Exercise on the heart funct ion in healthy adults is not obvious, more suitable for improving the old people, weak people, or suffering from cardiovascular disease and other physical ability to practice. If you want to improve cardiac function in healthy adults by tai chi exercise, good movementvelocity, time and boxing frame level control must be reasonable, and combined with the fitness running together, will have better health effects.
