High-intensity Interval Training(HIIT)as a Popular fitness,its impact on health has been widely attention of scholars both domestic and foreign.Compared with the traditional Moderate-intensity Continuous Training(MCT),at the similar volume,HIIT and MCT weather improvement of cardiopulmonary function and aerobic exercise capacity is the same role has always been controversial in many researchers.In this study,we propose research the influence of cardiopulmonary function and aerobic exercise capacity in both two kinds of exercise in ordinary young men.The object of study for the health of 18 ordinary male college students(MVPA=43.36±24.61min/d,no system endurance training experience).Age 21.65±1.53 years old,height 179.30±6.43 cm,weight 78.17±12.64 kg kg.Randomly divided into HIIT(n=9)and MCT(n=9)group,respectively measuring body composition(Fat%),lung functions(VC,FVC,FVC1,MVV),Heart Doppler ultrasound in quiet condition.After that,measured the resting oxygen uptake and VO2 max,as a GXT,initial velocity is 8km/h,every 3min increased 1km/h of speed,after more than 12km/h,speed is constant,increased 1% in slope,until the participant can't stick to,at the end of per level during the load,collecting the finger blood to measure blood lactic acid.According the VO2 max results,begin 3 times a week,8 weeks HIIT or MCT.HIIT: 90% VO2 max training 3 min,and the intermittent 25%VO2max for 2 min,reciprocating 6 groups.MCT: continue to 60% VO2 max movement 30 min.After 8 weeks practice,retest the subjects in the same way.All the results using mean ± standard deviation,said comparing paired samples T test before and after the training,and compare the difference between groups,using the analysis of pared-samples T test,P < 0.05 for the significant difference,P < 0.01 for a very significant difference.The results showed that:(1)Both two groups before and after the training,the body weight hasn't significant change,but Fat% of both groups appeared significantly reduced.(2)In lung function,HIIT group have significant increase of VC,the indicators of MCT group were no significant changes.(3)In the heart shape index,there was no significant change in both groups,but on the heart function,HIIT increased the Hrmax in GXT.In the quiet condition,HR,DP,EDV,SV have significant improvements.In the MCT,only improve SV.(4)Before and after training with MCT and HIIT,the VO2 max has significantly improved,but there is no difference between the two groups.(5)In terms of sports ability,the anaerobic threshold level appears of the time,and the load amount of lactic acid accumulation(?lactic acid),subjects can achieve maximum heart rate in the GXT of HIIT have significantly improved,while no significant change in the MCT.So we have a conclusion: both HIIT and MCT can significantly improve the VO2 max,but in the improve lung function,cardiac function and improve sports ability,HIIT is better than MCT.
