Rhythmic gymnastics has30years’ history in our country. It has been in the trend of zigzags since the overall development in1980s and reached a peak in the middle and late period of1980s. But in the late1990s, it met with its low ebb of development. And today, it flourishes again in Beijing Olympic Games in2008. It’s important for the durable development of Rhythmic gymnastics to be with innovation and perfect system. Although the speed of development is fast and the overall strength has made great improvement, there is still a long way to go to achieve world first-class level. It focus on the innovation, distinction and changeful and thrilling instrument change of group event cooperation in2013-2016Rhythmic gymnastics evaluation standard, while the artful join and various modeling reflect the group feature and level. Based on the analysis of application level on modelling technology of complete sets of movement in our group event, this paper aim at promoting our superiority and find out the shortage to meet the gap with the other powerful countries in rhythmic gymnastics.In this paper, the author uses such research methods as observation method, comparative method, mathematical statistics and expert questionnaire method to conduct a in-depth study about the classification and application of complete sets of movements by focusing on excellent group events of Chinese and foreign rhythmic gymnastics. Taking the12sets of complete movements of the first6groups in the32nd session of rhythmic gymnastics world championships as the subjects, the author makes a thorough and comparative analysis of the development and change of complete sets of movement in the group event of rhythmic gymnastics. It comes to the following conclusions:(1) The feature of group event includes the complete set arrangement, instrument exchange period and instrument application.(2) The group event modeling movements include steady modeling, dynamic modeling, the certain instrument modeling, two kinds of instrument modeling, body modeling and instrument modeling.(3) The steady modeling refers to the image of the meantime steady athlete and instrument, while the dynamic modeling points the dynamic image of people with people, instrument with instrument, people with instrument, in order to demonstrate the distinctive sets movement.(4) The certain instrument modeling and two kinds of instrument modeling refers to the steady or dynamic modelling of the athlete handing one certain instrument or two kinds of instrument.(5) The body modeling and instrument modeling, the former refers to the body cooperation, applied in the certain instrument modeling, while the later refers to the instrument cooperation, applied in the two kinds of instrument modeling.(6) Transition formation is more than molding formation, and two kinds instrument in transition modeling formation is more than certain instrument for the variety of instrument compound.
