Research On The Difficult Movements Of Rhythmic Gymnastics Group Events Under The Guidance Of Scoring Rules

Report to the 20 th CPC National Congress pointed out: We should promote the all-round development of mass sports and competitive sports,and speed up the construction of a strong sports country.Rhythmic gymnastics is an important competitive event in the construction of a strong sports country,and its development level is particularly important.Our country’s rhythmic gymnastics collective event achieved the best results in overseas Olympic Games in the 32 nd Tokyo Olympic Games,and won the third place in all-around in the 2022 rhythmic gymnastics World Cup(Italy Station),which has the strength to compete with the top teams in the world.Rhythmic gymnastics scoring rules are the vane of project development.Since February2018,the Rhythmic Gymnastics scoring rules no longer stipulate the upper limit of the value of difficult movements.Under the guidance of scoring rules,the value of difficult movements in collective events accounts for more than half of the value of complete sets of movements.How to select and compile appropriate difficult movements becomes the primary consideration in the arrangement of complete sets of movements.By using the methods of literature review,expert interview,video observation and mathematical statistics,this paper makes an in-depth study on the composition,type,value,quantity and other changes of difficult movements in rhythmic gymnastics scoring rules,explores the development trend of difficult movements in rhythmic gymnastics collective events,analyzes the differences of difficult movements selected by high-level teams from the perspective of difficult movements,finds out the rules,and provides more referential theoretical basis for the selection of difficult movements in rhythmic gymnastics collective events in China during the Paris Olympic Games cycle.The main conclusions of this paper include:1.2022-2024 Rhythmic Gymnastics Scoring Rules The difficulty movements of collective events are characterized by five major features: difficulty,novelty,ingenuity,beauty and uniformity.The adjustment of the difficulty movements by the new scoring rules will push the difficulty,completion and art of rhythmic gymnastics to a higher level.2.In the 32 nd Tokyo Olympic Games,there is a high correlation between the value of cooperative action and the value of difficult action,and the value of difficult action directly affects the value of complete action.The value of physical difficulty,exchange difficulty and cooperative action of collective events in China is lower than that of the winning team.The main reasons are that the basic value of difficult action of collective events in China is lower,the application of additional standards is less,and the capacity of complete sets of actions is smaller.3.In the 2022 Artistic Gymnastics World Cup(Italy Station),the value of difficult movements is still an important factor affecting the value of complete sets of movements.China’s collective events have obvious advantages in physical difficulty,but there is still a big gap between them and the winning teams in exchange difficulty and cooperative action.During the Paris Olympic Games cycle,the key to scoring collective events lies in making full use of the limited number of difficult moves and selecting appropriate additional standards.High-quality and high-value difficult moves are effective ways to obtain excellent competitive results.4.Based on the scoring rules of rhythmic gymnastics,according to the characteristics of selecting and compiling difficult movements of high-level teams,combined with the advantages and disadvantages of collective rhythmic gymnastics events in China,this paper puts forward corresponding strategies for improving the difficult movements of collective rhythmic gymnastics events in China:(1)Accurately grasp the content of scoring rules;(2)Reasonably allocate the number of difficult movements;(3)Give full play to athletes’ own advantages;(4)giving priority to improving the value of cooperative action;(5)Improve the overall strength of the team steadily.
