Currently, all schools pay more and more attention to the cultivation of the students’ability, and problem solving ability is the students to acquire knowledge and ability necessaryto gain social acceptance. Every subject in high school, the physical and life science andtechnology have a certain relationship, so physics logical to become one of the importantsubjects of training students’ ability to handle problems. And in the process of teachingpractice and combining the experience of the teacher’s opinion, found that students in dealingwith a physical problem is not very smooth, there is always one way or the other of thinkingobstacles. In this case, the education workers and the first-line teachers students somemeasures must be taken to eliminate the thinking obstacles.This article mainly includes three aspects: the content of the physics problem solving themain thinking obstacles, the causes of disorder, teaching countermeasuresFirst of all, on the basis of cognitive psychology, according to the field of cognitivepsychology description of problems and problem solving, physical problems and Outlines thedefinition of physics problem solving;From the viewpoint of information processing, analyzethe process of problem solving physics problem solving general process for:Problemrepresentation, construct the physical situation, strategy choice, strategy implementation stage,evaluation and reflection phase.According to the thinking process of problem solving,comprehensive statistical results of questionnaire survey, it is concluded that middle schoolstudents’ physical problem solving the main thinking obstacles:Partial obstacles obstacles,implied condition, target fuzzy, reason is not clear and the proper relationship betweenknowledge barriers, monitoring, reflect on the obstacles of the formation of barriers,non-intelligence factors.This article analysis the reasons behind the barrier, it is not a one-to-one analysis, butwill solve the obstacles as a whole, on the whole to analyze the causes of physical problemsolving obstacle: physical and cognitive structure is imperfect; metacognitive ability is weak;Non-intelligence factors.Through the study of thought disorder, finally, the paper put forward five teaching toimprove students’ ability in physics problem solving countermeasures: help students toimprove the physical knowledge structure; Guide students to form good physical andcognitive structure; To make the students form good learning habit; Enable students to master effective problem-solving strategies and methods; Training students’ metacognitivemonitoring ability; Keep a good mentality, cultivate optimism.
