Information and information technology is highly developed nowadays, a largeamount of educational technology products in the online learning market harvest agreat success and received a truly high degree of concern. While at the same time, thekey words such as “experience”,“Debris” and “Ubiquitous” are becoming focusedand concerned by both the educators and the researchers. Online-learning is a newtype of hybrid learning mode, with irreplaceable advantages in reducing the cost ofeducation, the implementation of lifelong learning, staff training and other aspects ofbusiness conduct, and thus also has a great potential for development.In the scenarios of online learning, instructing and learning is almost completelyseparated both by time and space.This statues of separation make the online learningfar more advanced in some part of aspects rather than traditional teaching, but theyalso become the important reason why online learning can never replace traditionalinstructions. Therefore, the issues about re-integration of teaching and learning havenow become the focus point of the researchers.Online learning should be associated with the individual world of the onlinelearner, which is an obvious phenomenon nowadays. The online education wementioned above should be regarded as a procedure, which contains the gathering,processing and rethinkingof the information during the way of interaction betweenonline learner and learning environment, also includes the fixing, implementation andrebuilding of one’s knowledge system.During this process, the word "experience"seems to be really important.While in English, the word "experience" is ambiguous,meaning that it is not only a symbol, which shows that the online learning processmust rely on the initiative shots, but also symbolizes that the result of online learningmust rely on the feedback from the passive overtaking of the learningsubjects.Generally speaking, the whole procedure is based on the process oftransmission between the outside and inside of the learning purposes. The onlinelearner would generally been through four stages:experiencing, observation,conclusion and application.The complexity of the procedure during online learning makes itself hard tocontrol and barely possible to monitor. In the meanwhile online learning is usuallylack of process controlling solution and evaluation of learning results, the researcherstried to pursue the development of the hardware designing and improvements of thelevel of an attempt by the learning environment to achieve the progress ofthe driving power of online learners, but they easily ignored the fact that online learning itselfiscreated and appliance by those who have a great motivation, and those could be themajority.Therefore, online learning constructors should be thinking through multipleangles of resources development and interactive designs, use experiential learningtheory as the guide, regard the resources and interacting as the start end the core, wecan construct a efficient online learning environment for the online learners.
