Practice Supervision System Research Of Civil Social Work Service Agency

Social work is an applied subject, it’s very professional and practical, professional internship occupies a pivotal position in science education, and supervision is important guarantee for the professional practice effectively. Originated in western society, social work budded in the late18th century, developed in the19th century, matured in the early20th century, which had built solid professional foundation and the matured development mode in the west and Hong Kong and Taiwan of our country. But in the mainland,,as an exotic, social work is introduced and starts a little late, the pace of professional development is relatively slow, Compared to western society and the Hong Kong and Taiwan, the mainland has certain gap. The article has carried on the contrast research about social work development history of western and China, finds that the western social work first arise in the non-governmental organizations, but the development of China’s social work exists the phenomenon of "education first".The author collects data about SQ social work agency by using the method of interviews and participatory observation. The study finds that in practice education work, the institution takes on the model, which is "colleges and institutions of joint supervision model ", because of China’s social work development characteristics "education first", in this pattern, the college supervisor occupying the leading status, which slows down the speed of the non-governmental organizations’supervision development. In view of this situation, the author does a large number of literature research about the social work supervision system, and summarizes the knowledge of practice supervision system model. This paper compares different practice supervision models, using the perspective of dynamic development, try to help non-governmental organizations to explore a set of internship supervision system in accordance with local characteristics, which help China’s private institutions training their own supervision team, promote the ability of the agency to supervise, to further accelerate the pace of the development of China’s civil social work institutions.
