The Research On Social Workers’ Motivation In Social Work Agency In Lanzhou

Social work agencies is an important carrier to attract social work professionals, and is an important channel to integrate social work resources. Social work agencies is an important position to carry out social work professional services. Scientific and effective social worker incentives could mobilize the enthusiasm of social workers. And incentives could ensure the social work agencies benign develop. This is beneficial to social work industry healthy development.This paper combines quantitative research and qualitative research method.And this study is based on The two-factor theory. The random sampling is adopted and questionnaire survey is conducted among22social workers from selected6social work agencies in Lanzhou.Additionally,6social workers who have larger sample difference are selected as the respondents of the depth interviews.The research shows that incentive mechanism about social worker is not perfect, the incentive effect is little. There are big differences between the mechanism and the need of social workers.The effect of incentive is not good enough. According to the findings,this paper combines The two-factor theory and the actual situation of social work agencies in Lanzhou. Finally, this paper put forward some suggestions on the improvement of incentive mechanism.
